Q: iPhone 5 calling problem....

Here's the situation, when my friend called me, I heard no sound and then I hang up and tried to called my friend back. She told me that I didn't replied. I'm so tired of this because I need to repeat the same step again and again. I double check my signal is full and I already restart my phone a few times but none of those works.
