iTunes error with completed downloads ERR19

I have purchased 6 movies with iTunes extras. The iTunes store still shows them as needing to be download, but they have already been downloaded. ALL bits are downloaded, but when it comes to completing the task iTunes error with ERR19. So of course iTunes tries to download all the time and errors all the time.

Any suggestions?
