I have a download issue, an album I attempted to download shows an error 19 and i cannot delete it to attempt to download again

I am trying to delete an albium which did not download correctly, every time I go to itunes it attempts to download the album, after approx 5 seconds of download an error 19 message appears and confirms the complete album was only partially downloaded! i have tried to delete the album but I can't for some unknown reason?

Any ideas how to delete it from my library and start again?
