This article is not a fix only a work around.
Is Apple going to fix this problem. It seems lately that every upgrade comes with a new problem.

Every OS has bugs in it, that's why there are updates. Since you're only talking to other users like yourself here, no one can tell you for sure that they will fix it or when. But since it's a known issue, I'd guess Apple is working on a fix.
