I’m presuming you are using Mountain Lion? If so, then that’s all you need, as well as your iOS devices running up-to-date iOS.
Turn on iCloud in settings, it will prompt you to enter your Apple ID, select which iCloud service you require and repeat on all your devices for iCloud to synce between them.
