I locked myself out of my iPod touch I forgot my password stupid my lol I really need your help if you have any idea please post any info I would really appreciate it I need to get back to my favorite game car town street lol thanks

Connect the iOS device to your computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the iPod backup that iTunes makes.
You can redownload iTuns purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Thanks for advice but tried that and got half way through restoring it and it just stopped don't know what happend but it jested stopped so just anything other than them things n I will be right thanks
