Is it free from country lock because I need to fly to another country ...

You get exactly what you had...if your phone was originally officially unlocked, that's what you get with the refurbished unit.

It was not officially unlcoked.
It was locked by optus and I unlocked it to use the Three.
However, I'm able to use the Three using my refurbished iphone...
which means It is not what I excactly had ...
Well, I can guarantee you this, your replacement iPhone is not officially unlocked.

when I gave them my phone was unlocked but it is not officially unlocked...
it was locked by optus thus, I couldn't use the Three.
However, What I got seems unlocked because I can use the Three like it is factory unlocked...
I feel very curious... that It is free from country lock
More than likely, what you got is called a "sim free" iPhone. These phones are not officially unlocked, & will lock to the first carrier's sim inserted in the phone.
Easy for you to test this yourself.
