I can't find my movie anywhere.

My download was interrupted and now I can't find the movie anywhere. It isn't in my iTunes library and it isn't showing up in purchases either, when I try it again a message shows saying that my redeem code has been used and to check purchases in the iTunes store. Any ideas as to what I can do?
