Can I use PayPal to pay for itunes on my PC or an Android Impressions?

You can use PayPal for purchases from the iTunes Store if you're in the US. PayPay is not available as a payment option in any other country. You cannot purchase from the iTunes Store from any Android device regardless of the payment method.
