I have 2 albums that are not on my computer even though itunes thinks it is. It is not allowing me to re-download it and it is driving me round the bend! The computer is authorised and other purchases are on my computer BUT 2 albums are missing. Help!!
I have done what the forums ask which is to ensure that the computer is activated in iTunes.
Still no joy. I am getting extremely frustrated as this has been going on for a long time an I just abandon every time, it does not endear me to the technology and I question the sanity of those who love Apple so much.
Please help, I feel held to ransom if I have to re-purchase what is already mine.
