Movie disappears from iPhone

I have rented Salmon fishing in Yemen twice. I transferred it to my iPhone with the intention of watching, and I opened the video player to watch the movie. The movie disappeared from my iPhone both times without watching.

I need to get hold of iTunes store to be credited for this glitch. What do I do?
