I bought an I-Pad in the uk. how can i use ITunes store in spanish to download tv programs in spanish?

how can I use itunes store from Spain using an ipad bought in uk. when I connect to itunes it goes to itunes UK... I would like to download spanish tv programs and spanish films.

iPad, iOS 5.1.1

You can only purchase from the iTunes Store of the country in which you are and for which you have a payment method. So unless you are physically in Spain and have a Spanish credit card, you cannot buy from the Spanish iTunes Store.
