Sharing purchased apps

My family shares an itunes account. When my kids try to pull up our purchased apps on their ipods in the App Store, it looks like they are loading but then their screen goes black and goes back to the home screen. I'm able to pull up all purchased apps on my ipone, i just can't understand why they don't load up on their ipods. Under settings, they are linked to my itunes account for itunes and App Store.

Any ideas?
