How can I trace apps purchased & cost billing, so I can check against payments taken from my bank account, help please

Usually App Store will send you an eMail within one or two days confirming the billing details. Mine come itemised so if more than one item is on a bill all items are separately noted.
If you do not receive an email you can request a duplicate, though I am not sure how far back they will go. Write here and ask.

Incidentally, in your App store purchase list, if you click on each app in turn, a small information panel appears which has the current price.
