I want to ship to Ireland even though I am based in UK - is this possible?

I want to ship an iPhoto book to ireland but when I go to buy, the default country of Shipping is United Kingdom and will not let me change it - is there any way to change it?

in the iPhoto advanced preferenes change the print products country
