I've been using itunes match for about 3 months.

For most of the time I've been replacing /  updating artwork with my own cd covers - beautiful hi res pictures instead of some of the crappy ones that are automatically downloaded.

i wish Apple would sought this out quickly - its doing my head.

Yesterday for reasons totally unknown to me i  suddenly lost my playlists and a lot of the artwork on my ipad 3 and ipod touch devices.All songs are there 8036 of them .

But no playlists and lots of artwork covers missing

Everything is okay on the PC............

On PC all songs are present and ALL artwork / playlists are still there.

I've turned itunes match on / off on my devices. Reset them

i've turned itunes match on /off on my windows pc.

I've  'update itunes match'

i've turned my router on / off.


I'm wondering if this is yet another glitch with Apple icloud.

Has this happened to you?

How was it resolved?

I'm becoming OCD with itunes match.I just want it to work properly Apple - are you listening.

This is a product 14months old and its behaving like a Beta version

    It was a glitch that Apple fixed. It should be working now. Turn your Match off and back on, and you shoudl be good to go.

    Thankyou so much for your reply. Why Apple can't tell me this  does not surprise me.

    Since purchasing 'itunes match' i've become very negative about the support they offer.

    I read complaints about them in these forums...........

    They send me links to unrelated issues and DO NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION which was very clear and concise

    I suspected it may have been something to do with Apple in the 1st place.

    All i did last night shortly after this posting was literally click on a couple of tracks from each playlist (highlight them in blue - command click) and hey presto each playlist followed through after i performed this action.
