As I setup my iCloud, Photo Stream is faded. I cannot choose the Photo Stream.Why is that?

what version of iPhoto? Have you logged into iCloud in the system preferences? See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US for software requirements, instructions, FAQs adn trouble shooting hints

I,also have this problem. On my iCloud account, (on my PC) the photo option is faded and won't allow me to choose it. I have the current updated version of iCloud.
This is the iPhoto forum. Since you have a PC you should post your question in the iCloud on my PC: iCloud: Apple Support Communities forum.
