Smart Mailbox - Need help with Boolean Logic

I created a smart mailbox. I need the criteria to be as follows:

all mail from person A AND

all mail from person B AND

mail must be in the inbox

If I choose the ANY dropdown, then all of my mail in the inbox is shown even if it is not from A or B.

If I choose the ALL dropdown, then I get nothing since messages are never from both person A and B.

Realistically the logic should be:

all mail from person A OR

all mail fro person B AND

mail must be in the inbox

But I don't see how to make this happen the way the smartbox logic is set up.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

Make two Smart Mailboxes:

1. Any:

  • From contains "Amy"
  • From contains "Betsy"

2. All:

  • Message is in mailbox "Amy & Betsy"
  • Message is in "Inbox"
