I no longer have the computer or iPod with all my music in it, is there any way I can get my music back?

In July, I left my iPod in a hotel bed (I was listening to it while I was sleeping) and it was never turned in. Then in August, the computer with my library on it was fried when my house got struck by lightning (my mom left the computer on during the storm).

I desperately want my music back, especially since most of it I had bought and I don't want to pay for it again. Is this possible without the iPod and computer? How?
