I have iphone 4s . When i send a mail by my default mail; the people receive like other mail or other adress. What´s going on?

For example

My default mail is

ggonzalez@patprimo.com.ec

When i send a mail by ggonzalez@patprimo.com.ec, from my iphone 4s, the people receive this one, like pinelli.patprimo@gmail.com (this mail, not exist in my iphone counts, but it is the principal for acces to iphone count in itunes

How can i solve this?
