can i still get my photos if i lost my phone
my most recent photos were not synched with icloud and i want to know if i can still get them even if i don't have it and it's off. HELP!!!!

If your photos weren't in photostream or backed up to iCloud or iTunes, then they can only be retreived from the phone itself.
