Q: Tv show wont sync

Ok so I have brought a TV show from Itunes but it wont let me sync it to my ipod touch. I ticked the 'sync tv show' box it is SD and its the right format. why isnt it syncing?!

It says something like 'because it cannot be played on this iPod'. I dont understand it because Apple said that all movies, tv shows, podcasts etc. brought from the Itunes play on all iPod touches.
