Seth.avazutracking.net Malware - Please help to remove this

Hi

Just recently I keep getting this pop up that says win iPhone 5 and it has Seth.avazutracking.net on the address. The pop up seems to be coming up on Google Chrome. i've tried to clear my cache and cookies but it's still popping up.

I've googled this malware and there are steps to remove it for PCs but not Macs. Could you please help me find a way to remove this???
