hi can you please help me i turned off my ipod touch then turned it on again and it sayed connect to itunes and when i finished the steps i went on settings and it sayed wifi off and i couldnt turn it on and my bluetooth sayed unavalible?

DId you follow the instructions in the first link I provided?
Go to settings > general> reset> reset network settings
It will take 5-10 min
If it is not successfull then try restoring your device via itunes...
N still no help go to genius bar
