Cannot Pair iphone5 with Plantronic Backbeat 903+ via Bluetooth (it worked with 3GS)

I'm facing the same problem

I have a Plantronic headset, the BackBack Go

When i turn on the bluetooth on iphone 5, it simply doesn't find the headset.

Any suggestion?

Same here. BackBeat 903+ worked fine with iPhone 3GS, but upgraded to iPhone 5, now iPhone doesn't recognize BB. Please help!

I had same problem but I solved it..

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone 5

2. Turn on Bluetooth on your backbeat 903+ by pressing power button but keep holding it starts flashing red/blue..

After you see blue/red lights you will be able to see the Bluetooth device on your iPhone
