GoodReader equivalent with builtin photo editor?

Do you know of any app which supports folder organization of files, allows convenient file transfer with a Mac, lets you view PDFs, TXTs, and photos, and lets you edit TXTs and photos?

In other words, the very same feature set of GoodReader, but with the addition of a photo editor (for simple uses such as crop, levels, resample, brightness/contrast, and common image tools)
