When my phone arrived from UPS yesterday, the screen was shattered!!!' Who do I contact to fix this??????
Was the packaging damaged. Contact Whoever you purchased the phone from They will probably the the ones to file the UPS claim.
I bought it from sprint suppose to be brand new... And the box was dented and the a screen is shattered :-(
Then contact Sprint. Let them know it was damaged in transit.
