initial backup to time capsule is very long - already 2 days running and estimating 20 days

I had a backup issue and had to delete the computer sparsebubdle image and backup again. Time Capsule is 2T, available 1.60T. I need to backup 950G and it is VERY slow. Is has backed up only 75G in 2 days and it estimates to need 20 more days

Is it a normal backup speed? What can I do to increase it?
