Enabling AES-encryption on samsung 840 SSD on a macbook

Hi Guys,

On http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/memory-storage/MZ-7TD250BW-features (attached) samsung claims to support MAC OSX.

Though, after buying this SSD product, it only provides .exe files (windows) on the CD/DVD just like they do on http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/MZ-7TD250BW

This leaves me in the blank, as their 'support' function on their website don't work at all, on how I should enable AES-encryption (which should be done by setting the harddrive password, for what I learned,.... in the BIOS (talking about outdated stuff)).

As this is a very commonly bought device, have some of you maybe already found the answers to question that rises:

- How to enable enable AES-encryption on a macbook.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion
