Cant Install TrekStore Ebook Reader
Hi,
I'm new here, and I haven't been able to find any information on my problem. So here goes.....
I'm trying to install eReader Suite for MAC. I have used both the version on the reader and the verion downloaded from the manufacturer. Always get the same result. I am thinking that the version for OSX 10.8.2 is not out yet. There is a 10.7 version.
The young sales people at the large electronics store where I got it were no help.
Here is what happens.
I go through the first four steps: Introduction, Terms of Service, Pravacy Policy, Find Device. When I go to Download and Install, it stops, and I get a window "eReader-Suite quit unexpectedly". This is the first part of the error message.
