How can I put "off" in accessibility by Voice Over???
I can't do it by Itunes on pc because my model pc is too old and I can't download Itunes. So How can I do???

You need to use 3 fingers to scroll, and a 'tap-to-select and then double-tap to activate/type process'. You can also turn VoiceOver off it by connecting to your computer's iTunes.
