Iphone will not turn on. Have tried plugging into power source and also Imac. In Itunes, it says the phone needs to be restored. I start the restore and the apple comes on the phone, but it says it is "waiting for the iphone".
My Iphone 4 will not turn on. I have tried plugging into the power source and also into my IMAC and it still does not turn on. In Itunes, it says the phone needs to be restored. I start the restore and the apple comes on the phone along with the progress bar, but it says it is "waiting for the iphone" and does not continue.
