It wasn't a good idea to post your IMEI to a public forum where millions of people will see it, not all of them honest.

How was your iPhone unlocked? Did you purchase it from an Apple store, and the receipt says "unlocked"? Was it originally locked, and you requested that the carrier unlock it? Or did you purchase it used from someone who told you it was unlocked? Or did you hack it or jailbreak it to unlock it (or pay someone else to do so)?

Where exactly did you get the phone? This is almost always a symptom of a phone that was jailbroken or hacked.

    Answer the question.

I'll give 90%+ odds that the phone was jailbroken or hacked.

You can NOT get help with a hacked or jailbroken phone here.

Find an answer somewhere else or buy a new phone.

If it's telling you to insert a SIM from a supported carrier, that means the phone is carrier locked. You will either have to establish service with the carrier it is locked to, or contact that carrier to find out if they offer unlocking.

Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it.

I bougth it used but requested for carrier unlock through officialiphoneunlock.co.uk and the unlock process was successful since 28/08/2013 till current update to iOS 8. I did update it to 7 and it activated successfully

Your iPhone was not unlocked - it was hacked by officialiphoneunlock.co.uk.

The update to iOS 8 relocked the iPhone to the original wireless provider.

You need to contact that wireless provider to see if they offer unlocking and if

you qualify. No entity other than the wireless provider to which an iPhone is

locked can legitimately unlock the iPhone.

Be advised that whatever officialiphoneunlock.co.uk did to your iPhone may

prevent a legitimate unlock from being successful, and may result in your iPhone

    becoming useless.

Technically only Apple can unlock an iPhone. No carrier has the ability to unlock an iPhone themselves, all carriers have to process a request through apple to add the devices MEID/IMEI to apples unlocked list. That is why you have to restore your device through iTunes before it can be unlocked. The only power the carrier holds over their ability to unlock a device, is to deny sending a request to Apple.
