Hi! I have a MacBook Pro with Leopard, and I need to upgrade it. I am trying to do it through the apple store but I think it is no longer available. I've been told that it may be done online through apple support. Could anybody explain step by step what I need to do? Thank you so much! 😊

Apple has re-added it to their store, at least for now. They did this a while back. You can order it at http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
1. Check if your computer is supported > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 Buy Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
2. Make a Time Machine backup and/or a clone with Carbon Copy Cloner on an external disk, insert the DVD and follow the steps to upgrade to Snow Leopard.
3. The DVD contains Mac OS X 10.6.3 so, after upgrading, open  > Software Update to install 10.6.8

No, Snow Leopard was only available by disk. Only later versions like Lion and Mountain Lion were available online through the Mac App Store (which requires Snow Leopard).

Is there a way I can Downgrade from Mavericks 10.9.2 to Mountina Lion or even Snow Leopard? If so, how do I perfom this action?
