It can be discovered by other devices but cannot search and find devises by its self.
When is discovered by other devices it can be paired with them but cannot get connected thereafter with the

iPhones will not pair with other devices (phones/computers) for file sharing, this is simply not a feature of iOS.
I have the same problem. Apple is aware of this, but their answer is to wait for a new update of the last update.
You have what problem? Who told you to wait for the next update?
As far as i'm concerned, in my opinion it is unacceptable for a new, less than a week old phone worth €850 its bluetooth not to work and the customer will have to wait from the manufacturer to find the problem.
I want a new phone!

No, it simply is not.
If the iPhone is not working as designed and basic troubleshooting has been done, take it to Apple.
If it is not working the way you expect and they way expected is not the way designed, return it and buy a device that meets your needs.
Since you have yet to define what these other devices are, no one here can assist you with your supposed issue.
