Q: I can view my photos on photo stream, but I cannot access my video files from my IPad on my computer.  Windows will not allow.

I can view my photos on photo stream, but I cannot access my video files from my IPad on my computer.  Windows Vista will not allow.

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1, My PC has windows vista
