Wireless mouse got disconnected
Somehow the keyboard and mouse don't work suddenly. How do you reset or fix it when you can't use them?..

My first step would be to check that both the keyboard and mouse are on (tap a key and press the mouse button) and restart the computer. If that doesn't work see if this article helps. I'm a bit of a dinosaur so even though I'm happy with my BT mouse and keyboard, I keep a wired set on hand just in case.
