the speakers aren't working properly

My iPhone speakers aren't working properly!! The phone rings, but I can't hear unless I put it on load speaker??? also I can't hear siri!! There's not key pad sound, no message alert sound!! I've checked all the settings!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
