Burn a DVD viewable on Stand Alone dVD players

Hey Gang,

Im trying to burn a dvd for my grandma.

I have the video_TF and audio_TF file on my harddrive and I took both those files, put them on the disc in finder and clicked burn. I don't think it worked.

What's the easiest most upto date way to make a dvd viewable on my grandmas dvd player?
