I have bought an Iomega External Hard Drive (Cloud Edition), which is networkable, and I am trying to set it up with time machine, but i get the error:
I dont know why this is happening....but the hard drive shows in finder, but not in Disk Utility.

Hi there, thanks for the link, but the set up assumes that you can access the external hard drive using Disk Utility, which I cannot, I can view it in finder, but not in disk utility.

Can't help, then. AFAIK, if it's showing in Finder, it should show in Disk Utility. I don't deal with any server things, so you'll have to wait for those gurus to pop in.
