Not yet. Whether Java 6 is included is still being discussed. See http://krebsonsecurity.com/2013/01/what-you-need-to-know-about-the-java-exploit/. Apple is attempting to block all versions of Java prior to v1.7.0.19 in Safari and Google has done something similar with Chrome.
Just saw that Oracle's released vers 11 which fixes the exploit.
