When I load Windows 7 with Bootcamp onto an USB stick and start it, Windos says it need more drivers for an CD-/DVD-Drive, that is not even on this laptop (little notise, I have an Macbook Air with the newest OS)
So what can I do? I've tried it so many times now and it still doesn't work

Where did you get your Windows 7 ISO? Have you tried to redownload that?
I got it form my friend and i redownload it since half an hour, so we will look how it works later 🙂
I think that the Windows ISO is damaged, so download Windows 7 again. If you have a Windows 7 DVD, you can use an external optical drive to install Windows on your Mac
Don't know if this may be a factor but the Bootcamp support page states that the iso image must be downloaded from Microsoft.
