my daughter has dropped her 2 week old ipad 2 whilst talking to a friend on skype, now the ipad has a black screen but has some back ground light , i have tried resetting but nothing happens , can any one suggest other options
My daughter has dropped her 2 week old ipad 2, it has a black screen with a little back ground light, but will not turn on . i have tried resetting and holding both the reset and sleep buttons down with no responce , can anyone suggest something else i can try please
