My apps didn't restore from time machine. Please help!!
I had to restore my iMac from time machine. The apps didn't install. What'd I do wrong please help!!
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

All of them. Even system preferences and utilities. When I click on them finder says they cannot be found
Were your applications excluded from your backup? How exactly did you restore from your backup? Did you do it using Migration Assistant?
Have you opened Time Machine to go back a couple of backups to see if they are there? Same general thinking as Kappy.
