URGENT!! My brand new 64G iphone 5 has a scratchy speaker, Can it be replaced?

Since I got my iphone my (speaker sounds like it's blown on the top, sounds very scratchy, unclear) when I'm trying to have a conversation on the phone there's been times where I've had to hang up the phone because I couldn't hear what the person on the other line was saying.

Really want to know if Apple would even consider replacing it, Also if so, steps as to doing so. ei. websites, steps.

PLEASE HELP!!🙂 Is there anything Apple can do to replace this? Need Help!
