Q: iPod Touch 4th Gen 8GB cannot play purchased "Peppa Pig" Tv Episode for £4.99 from iTunes.

TV Episode "Peppa Pig" downloaded for £4.99 in SD Format.

Once downloaded, tranferred over onto the iPod Touch 8GB 4th Gen (IOS 6.0.1 -10A523) where it says "cannot play on this device".

I ask -

1. Why will it not play if its been downloaded from iTunes.

2. If it will not play, how do i proceed with a Dispute/Refund etc.

iPod touch, iOS 6.0.1

Hi lllaass,

I have followed the links supplied earlier in the day.

The "Create new version" option is greyed out in iTunes 11.

I have also downgraded to iTunes 10, which has the same effect.
I would try to convert with QuickTime Pro, but its not free.

Looks like a refund would be the best option, as i thought iTunes was simply drag & drop.

They know what Apple products i own/use, from the settings in my iTunes account. Surely.. "What device would you want to download for?" would be a wise option upon purchase..
