I have a friend with an iPad 2 and they have Siri. How do I get siri on my iPad 2?

Siri is not available on the iPad 2, it's only on the iPad 3 and 4 and Mini - possibly because the iPad 2 doesn't have the noise cancellation hardware that is required for it.
