Yesterday I purchased a number of FREE games for my son on my iPhone.
Now to find out that I have been charged for a number of '0ther' characters on the three games purchased. In a total of £98.91!!!!!!!
I am absaloutely livid with this as my son tried to purchase other characters on the impression that the game was FREE!!!!
I want to get a full refund how do I do this???????

The iTunes terms state that all sales are final, you purchase something, you own it. Having said that, go here, plead your case & hope for the best:

FYI: You can set restrictions on your phone to prevent in-app purchases.
And I'll add that yes, those hidden charges are absolutely detestable. Should go back to the Store, reselect the purchases and make sure to leave appropriate ratings and reviews.
