how do i sync photo albums between iphone and icloud

i am doing my md in dermatology and use my iphone everyday to take so many photographs of interesting cases and i document them under different album names on my iphone.

i now want all these photos to be backed up on icloud not just as a photostream , but as seperate albums that i have made on my phone with so much difficulty

so that when i log onto i cloud i see my different case albums exactly the way they are on my iphone?!?!

how do i do that!?!?
