My mail app on my iPad is not working. I click on it and a white page comes up and then it automatically goes off? I've sorted out my emails on my laptop and yet it's still not working.
What is the problem?

Close the Mail app in the Task Bar and re-launch.
Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar. Hold Mail app down for a second or two; tap the minus sign to close app.
If it still doesn't work, try a reset.
Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.
I have tried these and it has not worked. Any other theories? Is it maybe a software problem?
